BEC RFP – POSTING: Final RFP Documents for Energy and Capacity for Spring 2026

The Procurement Administrator has posted the final RFP documents to the Final Materials page of the Block Energy and Capacity section of the procurement website. These documents are dated February 27, 2026.

A bidder information webcast will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 1:00 PM Central and is open to all prospective bidders. The Procurement Administrator will provide an overview of the RFP Process and Rules including qualification requirements. Time is scheduled for questions.
