Indexed REC RFP – REMINDER: Revised Section 6.1 of Draft Indexed REC Contract Posted; Request for Additional Feedback by TODAY, March 27

On March 24, 2026, the Procurement Administrator posted a revised version of Section 6.1 Monthly Generation Report of the Draft Indexed REC Contract in Microsoft Word along with a PDF of a redline comparison to the Fall 2025 Final Indexed REC Contract. These documents are also attached to this announcement for convenience.

The Procurement Administrator is requesting feedback from stakeholders on the additional edits to Section 6.1 in the attached document.  These additional edits are related to the process and data used to prepare the Price Calculation Notice in the event of a mismatch between the hourly MWh generation data submitted by Seller and the data accessed independently by the IPA. The deadline to provide comments on these additional edits to Section 6.1 of the Indexed REC Contract is TODAY, March 27, 2026. 

Comments are welcome from any interested party. Interested parties should submit their comments with tracked changes in Microsoft Word by email to the Procurement Administrator at Illinois-RFP@nera.com. Please provide telephone and email contact information in the event that the Procurement Administrator seeks clarification regarding your comments. Additional information regarding the process to submit comments in described in the Invitation to Comment issued on March 5, 2026. The deadline to provide comments on other sections of the Draft Indexed REC Contract was Monday, March 23, 2026. This request for additional feedback is only related to Section 6.1 Monthly Generation Report of the Draft Indexed REC Contract.
